Joomla is indeed Open Source and we are not charging you for using Joomla but for hosting the service and supporting you.

We ensure the latest version is used and that any security risk are dealt with immediately.

We look after the Firewall to ensure your site stays safe.

We look after the Hardware and Monitor the Server to ensure it is running smooth.

In other words we ensure that you can use your website and do not have to worry about keeping it secure and up to date.
